We launched clearer monthly collection reports in OMARA that give you a quick view of each building’s performance for the month — without building the report yourself.
What the report shows
- Total due vs. total collected for each building.
- Collection rate compared to the previous month.
- A list of overdue units and their value.
Why it matters
Instead of compiling numbers manually at the end of each month, your portfolio performance is ready in front of you — so you decide faster.
The reports are now available for all buildings in your account, and we keep improving them based on your feedback.
