From request to closure: managing maintenance with confidence

A single lost maintenance request can cost you a tenant. The difference between reliable and chaotic maintenance management is not the number of requests but the clarity of their path from intake to closure.

Receive in an organized way

Give each request a single clear entry instead of scattered messages. Each request carries the unit, a description of the problem, and the intake date.

Follow the status

  • New: received and not yet started.
  • In progress: assigned and being worked on.
  • Closed: resolved and confirmed by the tenant.
A request with no status is a forgotten request.

When all maintenance requests are in one place with clear statuses, no request is lost and no tenant is forgotten — and that is what OMARA builds into the maintenance flow.
